There going to use the MLB platform
Great now it's going to be in production way too long, traded frequently, and be driven solely by

It just isn't a good successor to the Quattro.
I don't like it. The modern interpretation of 80s boxy glory is just no good. It looks like a Scion tC.
That isn't a good thing.

I love the number of "maybe" synonyms in that article. Between the decision "will have been made" to cut weight, and the "nothing has been decided yet" but "feedback was positive", that wad a very well written example of Cover Your Ass.
I tend to agree with him though, I dont feel like Audi would have brought the concept this far just to back out... Again.

It'll be interesting to see how this aligns with the A5/S5/RS5.

The C-pillar made the TT, and I think the same will be the case here. Keep that, and they're golden.

Fortunatly, the shape has been largely change free from the original concept, I suspect it would carry over. All the best looking audi's are back heavy in beauty.

I love it, but this is quickly turning into the new Camaro of German cars. By the time they actually do build it everyone will be sick of looking at it and it will seem old.

Thanks bureaucrats for sitting on a design trying to decide if it will sell so long enough that when you decide to pull the trigger its already dated.

Accountants are worse than engineers when it comes to completely effing up a good design/product/wet dream.
